Hi! I’m Dawn Tisdell, REALTOR® with OMNI Homes International.
After more than 26 years in corporate sales and leadership, I decided to build my next chapter around the things I value most; relationships, health, faith, community, and helping people reach their goals.
I’m a proud mom to my 29-year-old son and a very proud grandma to my 11-year-old granddaughter. I’ve also been a single mom since my son was just 2 years old, so supporting and encouraging other single moms is especially close to my heart. I’m a member of Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene (OVCN), where I’m honored to serve as a Table Leader for the Single Moms group. I’m also a member of the Greater Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce and serve as a Board of Directors member with the MLS of Southern Arizona, giving me another opportunity to be involved in and give back to the community and profession I serve.
Health and fitness are also a huge part of my life. I work as a part time personal trainer at LA Fitness in Oro Valley on Oracle Road, and when I’m not working with clients or helping people with real estate, you’ll usually find me working out, playing pickleball, boating, or enjoying an active, healthy lifestyle.
At the center of everything I do is people and relationships. Whether I’m helping someone become stronger in the gym, supporting another single mom, or guiding a client through buying or selling a home, I believe trust is earned through listening, honesty, communication, hard work, and genuinely caring about the person in front of me.
I also bring a modern approach to real estate marketing as an experienced content creator with a combined social media audience of more than 10,000 followers. I believe great real estate marketing should extend well beyond the MLS, which is why I use social media, video, digital content, and targeted advertising to create additional exposure, reach potential buyers, and help properties stand out in today’s competitive market.
I’m excited to continue putting down roots in Oro Valley, building meaningful relationships, and becoming a real estate resource you can feel comfortable calling; whether you’re thinking about making a move today or simply have a question about the market.
